We’re excited to host Sonrise National Park VBS this year and would love your help in making it a meaningful and fun experience for our kids! Dates: July 19-22 Time: 6pm-8pm each night Where: Colo United Methodist Church

Volunteer role(s) you’re interested in:

a. Guide - Walk with the kids to each activity center and assist kids as needed

b. Center Leader - Plan nightly lessons for a chosen center. Activity books and lesson plans are available.

c. Decorations Team – Create plan for VBS decorations and decorate church 1-2 days prior to the start of VBS.

d. Set/Stage Builder Team - Design and build VBS themed staging for sanctuary. Set up staging in the church 1-2 days prior to

e. Snacks - Plan and provide a nightly snack for the kids and volunteers

f. Registration - Check kids in as they arrive, gather any missing information, and distribute name tags.

g. Closing Program Team – Plan and serve meal prior to the closing program (last night of VBS).

h. Center helper - Assist the Center Leader in the lessons/activities
